HISTORY
Mechanical Concepts, Inc. was started in 1988 as a home-based business focused on Commercial Ventilation with a couple of employees. Soon after moving out of the home into a three bay garage we started our Commercial Heating Piping Division. After relocating to our current headquarters which supports over 18,000 square feet of office, shop and warehouse on County Line Road in Gary’s Miller Beach neighborhood Mechanical Concepts, Inc. started our Plumbing Group. At that time we were one of the first commercial companies to provide, plumbing, pipefitting, sheetmetal duct work and service under one corporation.

Today Mechanical Concepts, Inc. employs an average of 70 union craftsmen with sales exceeding 15 million dollars per year.
